Anti-Human SCGF-α-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. 3.GMP級(jí)別重組人VEGF165 產(chǎn)品描述:VEGF is a potent growth and angiogenic cytokine. It stimulates proliferation and survival of endothelial cells, and promotes angiogenesis and vascular permeability. Recombinant Human VEGF165 is a 38.2 kDa, disulfide-linked homodimeric protein consisting of two 165 amino acid polypeptide chains. 4.無(wú)動(dòng)物成份重組牛FGF-basic 產(chǎn)品描述:FGF‐basic is one of 23 known members of the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF‐basic is a non‐glycosylated, heparin‐binding growth factor that is expressed in the brain, pituitary, kidney, retina, bone, testis, adrenal gland, liver, monocytes, epithelial cells and endothelial cells. FGF‐basic signals through FGFR 1b, 1c, 2c, 3c and 4.
